(Junior) Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
  • You are the first point of contact for our existing customers, managing support requests via email
  • You deliver and maintain a high level of service and satisfaction
  • You are responsible for our proof-of-value concept customers, advise on use cases, designs and much more
  • You support and manage direct mail campaigns for our non-enterprise customers
  • You are responsible for all customer support activities, including ticket processing
  • You manage the user education experience on our platform and help center
  • You work closely with our Product and Customer Success team to gather and share customer feedback
  • You are responsible for our invoicing and dunning processes
  • You own the streamlining of your processes
Your profile
  • You are a talented communicator and problem solver
  • You have ideally already gained some professional experience in customer support, customer experience management, or similar role in a B2B SaaS or MarTech environment 
  • You have a customer-centric approach and a strong understanding of how to work in a structured way
  • You like to work independently and take ownership to create value for our customers
  • You are fluent in German and English
